The process of converting to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) has been finalised with the merger of the old Society into the new with effect from 29th April 2024. A copy of the registration certificate can be found here and a copy of the constitution which has been adopted by the trustees can be found here.  The charity number of the CIO is 1200422.

As a result of the merger any bequests left to the old Society will automatically benefit the CIO.
