Walking Tour of Jane Austen’s Winchester
For those staying on overnight after the AGM there’s opportunity to take a Walking Tour of Jane Austen’s Winchester on the Sunday morning. This is thanks to an initiative by Geraldine Buchanan – a JASOC Member and a Winchester Tourist Guide. It’s a chance to view places and visit the Cathedral, (and maybe enter other sites) associated with Jane, her family, friends and connections. The walk will be from 10am -1pm with a 30 minute break for refreshments etc. The tour will cost £6 payable to Geraldine at the Saturday AGM.
